Refund Policy

Digital Products

Since all products sold on VLSI Systems are digital goods (courses and e-books) that are delivered instantly upon purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

Courses

  • Within 7 days: Full refund if you have completed less than 25% of the course content.
  • After 7 days or 25% completion: No refund available, as you have had substantial access to the course material.

E-Books

  • Before download: Full refund if you have not yet downloaded the book.
  • After download: No refund available, as the digital product has been delivered.

Exceptions

We understand that issues can arise. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content.
  • Duplicate purchases made in error.
  • Significant discrepancies between the product description and actual content.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@myvlsi.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The product purchased
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
