2. Digital Products

All products sold on this platform are digital goods (courses and e-books). Upon successful payment:

• Courses: You receive immediate access to the course content for the lifetime of the platform.
• Books: You receive a time-limited download token (30 days, up to 5 downloads).

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or purchased content with others.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, books, and materials are the intellectual property of VLSI Systems. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe in US Dollars (USD). Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing purchased content with unauthorized users.
• Attempting to circumvent download restrictions or DRM.
• Using automated tools to scrape or download content.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions.

7. Limitation of Liability

VLSI Systems provides educational content "as is" and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
